Crust Ingredients:
1 ½ C. vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs
¼ C. butter
½ C. sugar
Cake filling Ingredients:
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 C. sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping Ingredients:
2 C. sour cream
4 T. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter and sugar together and press into cheesecake form pan. Beat cream cheese well to soften. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in one cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Combine with cream cheese and mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While cheesecake is cooking, mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla topping. Remove cake and spread the sour cream, sugar and vanilla topping on top. Chill and serve.
