Ingredients:
1 pkg. yeast
¼ C. lukewarm water
½ C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 C. sour cream or plain yogurt
2 1/3 C. flour
1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, soda, egg and sour cream. Mix with wooden spoon. Fold in flour and then cheese. Pour into greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled (about 4 hours). Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
