ALMOND TEA PUNCH

Ingredients:
1 C. strong tea (regular or decaf)
1/2 C. sugar
½ C. lemon juice
2 T. almond extract
2 T. vanilla extract
1 qt. water
1-2liter bottle ginger ale

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ginger ale in a zip-lock bag or plastic bowl with lid. Freeze. Remove 1 hour before serving, place in punch bowl and gently break apart with fork. Add one 2-liter bottle of chilled ginger ale.
Serves about 25
