2-12.5 oz. cans chicken
coconut milk (about 8 oz.)
1-2 tsp. curry (powder)
pineapple mango salsa
Directions:
Mix drained chicken and coconut milk together until desired consistency. Add curry powder to taste. Carefully fold in pineapple mango salsa to taste. (recipe under 'Appetizers and Beverages' category)
This is great in the summer...fresh pineapple and mango!
