Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. half-&-half
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. maple flavoring
dash of salt
1-3 C. pecans, toasted and chopped
Directions:
Place pecans in pan with 2 T. butter per 1 cup of pecans and lightly brown. Place in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, stirring several times. Set aside.
Combine all other ingredients together. Add whole milk to freezer to the fill line. Freeze and enjoy!
