GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:
5-6 ripe avocados, peeled
¼ onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced
1-2 lemons or limes
salt to taste

Directions:
Peel and pit avocado. Scoop out or roughly chop and place in bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocados. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes and pepper. Squeeze juice of one or two lemons and add. Salt to taste. Stir all together and serve with tortilla chips. (For a quick version, add only the garlic, salt and lime juice to the avocados).
