Ingredients:
1-14 oz. can Hatch crushed tomatillos
1-4 oz. can Hatch diced green chiles
1 sm. white onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. cumin
1 t salt
½ C. fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of ½ lime
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
