one of Mark's favorites...and super easy!
Ingredients:
1-2 lb. pork roast tenderloin
32 oz. sauerkraut (1-2 cans, adjust amount to taste)
salt and pepper
Directions:
For oven: Season roast lightly with salt and pepper. Cover with sauerkraut and wrap in foil. Place in 9x13 pan and bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 2-3 hours.
For crock pot: Place ingredients in pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
