ASIAN PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients:
1/3 C. light brown sugar, packed
1/3 C. light soy sauce
¼ C. sesame oil
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ tsp. pepper
1 ½ to 2 lb. pork tenderloin

Directions:
Whisk together sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper. Place pork in a shallow dish; add marinade, turning pork to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Place in a foil-lined roasting pan.

Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing.
